Shipping & Returns

Your product will ship within 3-5 business days after placing your order. Please expect additional time for orders placed on holidays, extended weekends, or website promotion periods (sales).

If shipping times seem like they will be delayed at other times, we will do our best to notify our customers with a banner on our website as well as via email if order has already been placed.

Shipping is available within the US and international addresses. We ship to residential and commercial addresses, as well as PO Boxes. Shipping time is determined by carrier.

Most packages in our shop are small and lightweight and are delivered via USPS First Class mail. This usually takes between 3-10 days of transit time.Other shipping options based on weight may include USPS Priority mail or UPS. We will choose the shipping method based on price and shipping speed.

For this reason, customers are given a single shipping rate in the cart which has been calculated based on location, and shipping and handling fees based on the USPS First class rate.

Missing or Undelivered Packages

That’s My Apple is not responsible for lost, stolen, or otherwise undelivered packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing orders and once an order has left our headquarters, we are unable to track the package other than using the tracking number provided with your order. If you are having a difficult time locating your package, please first contact your local shipping provider (tracking information will be emailed to customer when shipped) before contacting us.

Returns & Exchanges

That’s My Apple accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. We will refund and item(s), provided that they have not been damaged, soiled, used, altered, or worn, and that all labels and original packaging materials are intact. This includes boxes and additional wrapping for individual items.

To return an item you must contact That’s My Apple before returning any items. Please email before sending items back. Blind returns, such as ones that do not accompany any prior notification or documentation, may not receive refunds or store credit.

A copy of your packing slip or invoice must accompany your return or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges without this information. You may also include printed copies of email correspondences between you and That’s My Apple with your package in addition to your packing slip or invoice and may speed up processing time.

That’s My Apple does not cover shipping charges for returning items, nor do we refund original shipping charges once an item is returned. If That’s My Apple provides you with a shipping label, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund or store-credit. You may choose to ship items through the slowest mail to incur the lowest fee. This will not affect your refund as we calculate the 30-day-cut-off based on the time you contact our offices with the intent to return. Feel free to use the same box or envelop the items arrived in to return them.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please immediately photograph item and include with description in email to us.

Items damaged in transit, misprinted, or otherwise accepted as damaged by That’s My Apple will be replaced when applicable at no additional cost, or customer will receive refund or store-credit. Determination of this process will be decided on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of That’s My Apple.

Sale items (not items marked down with a discount code) are final sale and may not be returned or refunded.

Turn it into a Comic, made-to-order, or personalized items are final sale and may not be returned or refunded.

Virtual/downloadable items are final sale and may not be returned or refunded.

Processing the Refund

Your refund will be issued back to the credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the items(s) paid at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Please allow up to two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. You will receive an email from our system once the refund is processed.

Exchanging Items

Please follow the instructions above for returning an item but indicate that you’d like an exchange instead. Please note that items above that are not eligible for a refund, including downloadable and custom-made artwork, are also not eligible for an exchange either.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is fulfilled by contacting us at Once your order is shipped you will receive via email a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product has been shipped, the Return and Exchange policy will apply.

Orders cancelled prior to fulfillment will receive a full refund back to the card used to make the purchase. You will receive an email from our system when the refund is being processed. Please allow up to 2 business days for these refunds to be processed.

That’s My Apple may cancel orders for any reason. Some common reasons may include item being out of stock with no plan to restock it, pricing errors, or credit card payment being declined by the issuing financial institution. That’s My Apple will make every effort to contact the customer prior to cancelling any order.

That’s My Apple will only process refunds or exchanges for products purchased directly through this website. Any items purchased via third party websites or brick and mortar stores must be returned to the actual store it was purchased from.
